Cancellations & Refund Policy

This policy explain how A Plus Cleaners LLC will proceeds in case any of the followings:

Cancellations

Customer will need to notify A Plus Cleaners LLC about cancellation 30 days in advance. A Plus Cleaners LLC have the option to void this clause if a payment is not received within 3 months. Customer can void this clause if A Plus Cleaners LLC does not show up to do service without notice.

Terms

A Plus Cleaners LLC does not required a minimum term to do business; this clause may change and will affect on new customers only.

Payments

A Plus Cleaners LLC sends charges via invoices; it could be monthly or per project invoice. And they are sent to customers via Email or regular mail.

Late Payment

For monthly invoices the vendor will give the customers 15, 30- or 45-days term for payment to be receive. If payment is not received by the due date, there will be a late fee charge of 10% total invoice as penalty. If payment is not pay within 3 months A Plus Cleaners LLC will have the option to continue providing the services to the customer or cancel service without following the cancellations fee.

Return Payment Item

For any payment that is return per A Plus Cleaners financial institution, a return fee of $35 per item will be charge to the customer; A notice from A Plus Cleaners must be delivery to customer.

Returns

We do not provide returns due to A Plus Cleaners LLC is a business that provides services and we do not sell any goods.

Refunds

To be eligible for a full or partial refund, you must notify us the reasons why you think that a refund should be done. The notification should be done by call in at 415-416-5291 or by sending it via email to: info@apluscleanersusa.com.

Such notification should be done within 30 days of service. After notification is received. A Plus Cleaners LLC will let you know if you will get a partial or full refund. If notification is received after 30 days, the refund will be waived/dismissed.
